This course supports childcare practitioners by highlighting the importance of identifying and addressing issues of racism and embedding an anti-racist approach within childcare settings. 

Provides knowledge on how to complete the Observation, Assessment and Planning cycle in your daily practice. 

Enables practitioners to understand reflective processes and the benefits of reflective practice within processes of continuous professional development.

Covers the Group B standards requirement, as set out by Social Care Wales National Safeguarding Training Standards, in line with the Wales Safeguarding Procedures. 

This course will develop a practitioner’s knowledge and understanding of the benefits of risky play to a Childs life-long learning and development.
