This training has been designed to help you develop a greater understanding of safeguarding legislation and procedures. It covers the Group B standards requirement, as set out by Social Care Wales National Safeguarding Training Standards, in line with the Wales Safeguarding Procedures.

This course will provide knowledge on how to complete the Observation, Assessment and Planning cycle in your daily practice. It will focus on ‘what is an observation’ to further support confidence and the ability to then complete assessments and planning for all children.
