National Day Nurseries Association (NDNA) has won 10 contracts to support sixty-two local authorities in England with the offer of free early education places for disadvantaged two year olds. The support has been commissioned as part of the ‘achieving 2 year olds’ contract which Mott MacDonald and Hempsall’s are delivering on behalf of the Department for Education.
